Derick & Tanya Faison are the Lead Pastors of The Impact Church of Nashville located in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. He is a Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Author, and Thought Leader with over 25 years of practical leadership experience.

Pastor Faison began his speaking career in the hills of West Virginia under the tutelage of Bishop T. D. Jakes, Senior Pastor of The Potter's House Church of Dallas, where he served as an Associate Pastor, Director of Ministerial Affairs, and Director of  Christian Education for over 15 years. He is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University and is currently the Founder and Prelate of Charisma International Fellowship of Ministries.

Armed with over 25 years of mentoring and training experience, Pastor Derick's influence has covered a wide spectrum of audiences, including International Speaker, Leadership Trainer, as well as a Coordinator for conferences and workshops nationwide. Derick Faison Ministries (derickfaison.org) is an extension of his ministry that he used for years to thrill, motivate, and excite audiences around the world. His writings and insightful words have been featured in many notable publications and he has often been a featured guest on TBN's "Praise The Lord" show. Throughout the past 25 years of his career, millions of people heard his empowering messages of life and hope, which stem from a deep-rooted belief that everyone possesses the power to change their lives.

 

Derick Faison is presently the President of Vertical Shift Leadership Development Group.  This organization is a training and development program that impacts the lives of emerging leaders through inspirational, informational workshops, conferences, and training seminars conducted around the world.  Vertical Shift exists to assist both large and small organizations to train their members in the areas of personal development, team building, and leadership development.
